Job Description
o Book Keeping. Preparation of Party Payment Income Tax, Sales Tax, Commission & Target Incentive to Sales & Marketing Staff, Overtime payments, monthly Wages & Salaries.
o Supervising company’s investment in Mutual funds and in Islamic banks.
o Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
o Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
o Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
o Support month-end and year-end close process.
o Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
o Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
o Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
o Coordinate and complete annual audits
o Reconciliation of Accounts: - Banks, Debtors, Creditor, Sales Accounts with Inter-Company Accounts on Monthly Bases.
o Payment of Imprest.
o Preparation the Staff E.O.B.I, Social Security, Provident Fund & Staff Income Tax.
o Sales Comparison Report.
